Ok, July 31st came and went much to our frustration. So here we are at August 31st and going into the last month of the 3rd quarter. If we're going to vote on this JV in Sept we'need to have the paperwork out real soon. I'm going to do a JV dance today in hopes of getting someting to fall into place this week - invite you all to do your own JV dance too.
