I'm already starting to see the negative and softening signs. Particularly in the housing market here in oakville. There is a condo project on Lakeshore that had a sign for many months saying - "from the high 400's"..........now they changed the sign to read - "from the high 300's".

Down the street an enclave of lots for luxury houses said - "from 1.2 million"..........now that same sign reads - "from $799,000".

I'm also seeing sale signs on boats in Bronte Marina. The days of people using their homes as ATM machines will end.
