There is much speculation on why the final agreement deal has not been signed. I am of the opinion that there is a good chance that ALL has been done that needs to be done, with regards to CRRC and KRY. Yes, maybe lawyers are to blame for this long delay.

But let us not forget what KRY has been waiting for, for many years. 'IT'S THE PERMIT, STUPID' (this is not meant to be directed at anyone). The Permit is everything at this point, and has been, for what seems like forever.

I believe we are waiting on VZ bureaucracy, the situation with the independent miners, and the political game. As the article stated re independents, there are thousands of miners, their families, and related business's, waiting for this inept country and it's officials, to get THEIR situation solved.

We have not received positive answers on the part of the Ministry of the Popular Power For the Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam) and the Ministry of the Atmosphere, because this last one must renew the requests of operation asked for by Mibam and to date we have understood that they have not done it”, it referred Almeda.

One of the points I made before, was that there has to be labour peace for this mine to get built, and the Chinese will definitely be concerned with this. For this JV to get it's permit, and to begin working IT'S mine, before the poor hungry desperate Bolivarian independents, would be political suicide for Chavez, and likely cause huge problems at the LC site.....like demonstrations, pickets, and likely sabotage.

So no matter where our process is at the moment, I don't believe it will finalize until the small miner issue is dealt with, at least in part.....there has to be AT LEAST joint announcements. As has been stated before, the Chinese are in this for the long haul, and are very patient. VZ/Chavez doesn't give a ratzz azzz about KRY and it's shareholders. In fact he loath's them....us....We have been very patient. We will have to continue to be so. Hopefully Chavez want's this worked out, so it could give him a boost at the ballot box.

Remember, KRY and it's shareholders are what Chavez and his officials DIDN'T WANT. We are supposed to be all but invisible in this JV. KRY can't openly push VZ. So to expect VZ to play nice for our sake is, to push things forward for our sakes, is, well....you know..... And to China? They have all the time in the world.....and by that time.....they will probably OWN the world!! :)

Remember how easily Chavez can get his nose bent out of shape....

This JV has to be very prudent in that regards, IMO

Now, I have to sell some shares just to get my old RV out of hock, after the exhaust manifold gaskets had to be replaced...sh#*, I really needed a bump in SP.
