Case of miners died in Bolivar

The Fiscal Grouse Diaz said that the case of the death of seven miners in the Pebble, state Bolivar, will be the first case that will assume the national office of the public prosecutor in labor security, inaugurated yesterday.

The investigation will be in charge of public prosecutor 78 national.

The necessity of this dependency of the Public Ministry (MP) establishes article 131 of reformed - in 2005 - the Statutory law of Prevention, Conditions and Environment of Work (Lopcymat).

The death of a worker by the violation of the Law is a fact punishable and punished by the Lopcymat with up to 10 years of prison.
