fen, i've been a little curious about this myself.

if we dont have an agreement with china yet, why would kry have to submit to crrc approving all PR's....does'nt kry still have an obligation to shareholders? not that they really give a damn, but dont they?

and if this is a holdup from crrc not letting kry release a pr, does'nt that foreshadow what crrc's view of retail shareholders will be in the future...

i dont care how you cut it. i'm sure this deal will eventially get done one way or another but i have to say, the bad taste kry mngt has left in my mouth will not soon go away. this has been poorly handled. it's either ineptitude or a complete disregard for retail shareholders...or both...

i'm gonna have a beer...or ten...maybe some hard stuff..
