Ez I like your scenerio for the perfect storm thorem, I like the fact that the Chinese / Ven talks have concluded now and your timeline for announcing (in the next couple weeks) for propaganda purpose before the elections.

But I agree with Fen. Most of the ideas floated on when and why something was going to happen are already in the wastecan and now "the announcement to take advantage of the election publicity" is nearing the rim of the wastebasket. The idiots in charge have always seemed to move 180 degrees to what makes perfect sense. But at the same time, the collaberation of Ven / China seems very positive and more substatial than Chavez previously announced agreements (with the Russians or Iranians for example). We shall see EZ, and I hope you are right- this time.
