I think it is difficult to interpret these clauses. At one point I asked no_bear if he thought that they applied to the engineering costs and social project investment that we had made prior to the deal with the Chinese and he replied that in his opinion they did not.

I will be happy to stand corrected if I am wrong. I believe that we have invested a few hundred million in this project and if we were going to be reasonably reimbursed then that alone would have driven the SP to at least a dollar by now.
