Perhaps some people jumped the gun when they read your statement. I know I took it as you saying something definitive but you used the words "We Seem" when i checked back.
We seem to be giving up 2/3 of the project with no compensation for engineering expenses already incurred, no reimbursement for our investment in social projects, and nothing for the value of the MOC.
I think the real point here is that nobody knows 100% what will be covered and what won't until the finalized copy of the A&F Agreement is done and the share holders are asked to vote.
Either way the vote will be YES because we are out of options other than arbitration because of the burn rate for the social projects and security. Even going to arbitration would require probably more dilution at this point so it is no longer a real option IMHO. I believe the deadline for filing for arbitration is sometime next spring so even that is working against us.
I respect the positive and not so positive posts because I believe that all the posters have the right to express them selves. Right now everyone is frustrated as the share price slides but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done until the mailing for shareholders is ready to be sent.
I suggest we hold onto all our pro and con arguments until we see the actual documents and have a chance to digest them. I personally believe everything is fine and the deal will go as planned. I may be wearing the wrong coloured glasses but until I see something factual to cause me to change my opinion I will stay the course.
