EZ, I aked the same question 2,3,4 years ago as this thing was going into the dump, and the response was exactly the same except for they weren't "officially" notified of anything negative. Unofficially I'm sure they were aware of a whole lot.

I think we're still good but, always be prepared for left field with this thing
