The VZ takeovers are not doing well. How's that oil production doing? Keeps going down year after year. They just don't get it...or do they?

China is shrewd. They are taking payment in guaranteed barrels of oil far into the future. Chavez has mortgaged Venezuela's future for short term personal gain. He is truly a stupendous clown certain to be rejected by his popular voting base once severe food shortages kick in. Let's hope the price of oil stays low. Unfortunately it won't.
