Looks like they now hold the key to the most voting power at a shareholder meeting.

I suppose shareholders have varying acceptable "low-ball" numbers depending upon their cost basis, cost of money, etc., etc. The outcome of the "yes or no" vote will be a function of what number Greywolf, Tradewinds, etc. find acceptable. Retail won't make a difference in the outcome of the vote. How eager are the big players going to be to sit on "dead money" thru the arbitration process? Care to opine on this?
