Headly employees invited to join this new "opportunity to participate" in the worker's state gold control Minerven days before the process began for the formation of workers' control. Michael Headly, plant worker invites all employees to participate in this initiative which it considers is a "great opportunity."

Spokesman argues that although there is no structure yet fully defined, the employees concerned are being trained in the centers of political education to assume its role in workers' control when this is fully organized at the mine, located in El Callao.

Headly stresses that the ultimate goal is that employees are the guarantors of the processes followed in the company, and the main actors for making decisions that affect their performance.

"We are going towards social equality and control of production, and for that we want the employees know what is being done without fear and join this highlight of the working class in our company Minerven.

He indicated that currently there is total peace in the company after the suspension which was registered earlier this year which showed large losses. He noted that the guilds that make life on the ground are fulfilling their duties, without seeking to displace workers' control in their function.
