midas, i'm not sure what you want me say?

some are claiming that "the peoples republic of china"/kry were not prepared or set up for this agreement because it involves 3 languages, blah blah blah...

while i could believe that kry was not prepared (i'm sure it's a very sticky deal), no one can tell me that the acquisition monster china was'nt ready for this deal...i bet china has done 10,000 similar deals to this in the last five years...

to be honest, it sounds like a 3 way partnership where nobody trusts eachother to me..

would'nt it be easier for china to just buy us out at this point? and dont give me that $2billion crap....kry has what? a 120mil market cap? it's rare you see a buyout for 2-3x the current PPS...assuming debt, etc. china could buy us out for $500mil very easily.
