will vannessa see cash before kry?

vannessa started it's legal proceedings in venezuela (and then on to icsid) about the same time kry started going after the permit.... now it looks like vannessa will have a decision before kry....

that's pretty f'n sad... a company that bought rights to LC for $50 will probably see 100+ mil out of international arbitration before a company that spent $1/2bil can get a letter from minamb explaining why they cant get a permit.
