One thing Richard did say, and its something to keep in mind. This project is not being dealt with as a corporation. Its the Chinese Gov that Hugo is dealing with and has agreed to permit them to mine LC. That may not seem like much but it is. With this signing we are partners with the Chinese Gov.

One more point they are ( KRY -VZ - CHINESE GOV.) working on individual parts of this project. IE the mailing of the shareholders vote, the issuing of the permit , what the name of the corp will be, for legal purposes. That alone can take a week i have gone threw that process. Thats it. Keep that faith its coming!
