I think anyone who has taken the time to email or call KRY would already have this information. While we are all waiting and wondering when the next PR will come it makes little sense to send out a PR with nothing to say.

The response you received basically said nothing other than we are still working on the transaction. As other posters and myself have said when we've contacted RM there are no issues between CRRC/CREC and KRY.

The Q2 results will be out with a MD&A comment on the progress of the JV by Monday evening at the latest unless Kry wants to file late which I don't think they will do. Calling and emailing RM at this point will only get the same information that has been posted here already.

Acting like a bunch of kids asking are we there yet won't make the deal appear any quicker. Would a constant stream of Pr's from the company be nice? yes but only if they have something to say. That is why those who need more information can contact the company directly to get the same information you already have.
