Dear Richard,

It would be really nice to have an update on the progress of our new JV.

However, if such a communication is untimely in that it may in any way endanger the progress of this agreement don't worry about it. We all have experience with lawyers so you do not need to explain a thing. I have been a share holder for the past 12 years. KRY is kind a graduate course in patience.

We are grateful for everything that you and your team are doing and confident that the new JV will be successful.
