Hello. I am new to this board and to the gang of Crystallex shareholders, having watched for only about a month. The angst is overwhelming. As a Newbie , I have a much calmer view.

A fresh eyes view..........when (and if) it is done, it is done. The Chinese have shown up with a pocket full of money, and time is the very least of their concerns. They are primarily interested in investing VERY wisely, and in having suitable control of their investment.

VZ is also not worried about time. The politics of control, and the paranoia that goes along with it, makes them very cautious. The only fast moves are rash moves to sieze things.

KRY is interested in protecting their share against two big and strong entities, and will take whatever time it takes to be safe.

Only we (you) are anxious about time. And like watching the pot, all we can see is steam. Try to relax, and maybe something good will happen eventually, and the JV will move forward.

As to share price escalation, I expect it to take a while. We are greatly interested, but who else is, and how long 'til it gets around generally to create a widespread buzz? I only heard of it thru an old friend who has been waiting for years. I expect a significant rise, but I do not expect it to be very quick.

I suggest a deep breath, a step back and away, and a beverage of your choice. The sun will come out Tomorrow. There's more to life.
