Some years ago I sold my company. After the deal was set and all the basics were on paper we went for a closing with a date etc. This was only a few mil. and we still missed the damn date by two weeks. It was only words in english that slowed the final date, not any real changes.

Now why would anyone think the final 1500 pages of a really big deal come down without a hitch???? Lets get real folks !!!! OF
