there are differernt realities out there!! My reality is that I have talked tonumerous key players and observors..... as of last week and going back 6 weeks immediate and going back 15 years, drinks, dinners, meetings, "Bankers, Fund Managers... you name it.. .I did it.
This week I have not: I have been told by people in the Know:
- Permit Promised to chinese via chavez
- permit promised to fung by kahn... immediately after kry and ccr get their agreement done i's dotted and t's crossed, shareholder approval as well.
- the wind is taking us in... the agreement is done subject to legaleze and language issues, lawyers and accountants finalizing
- marky mark was supervising the completion of docs.
- there are no obstacles at present time (latest was I think last tuesday)
- Indication is that we will see $2.00 min.... but, fung threw out $2 billion dollar value... I don't thing he was throwing us off.... I believe that will be the value minimum of kry... hope more.
- the agreement is between ccr and kry... not Ven... they may have to translate it if there is a condition of giving ven a copy... don't know that
- fung worked with chinese for 9 months prior... an agreement was made.... just getting the legaleze.
thats what i know and I increased my position by about 30% in the past 6 weeks... and hesitant about buying more, but, will if I get more positive and believeable and somewhat factual comments... or comments that support my due dilly.
