What about the other side, KRY has the MOA, CRRC and China in need of gold, KRY could well be the one in hard ball negotiations, we don't know how this deal was received by the larger shareholders, institutional investor and hedge funds after PR, but surely Fung know's , could well be negotiations to ensure a FOR vote or who knows after PR alternative deal offers could have poured in who knows for sure all we know is they were able to raise $35 mil soon after and without news the speculation continues.
