On NYSE - KRY sp still running through the downside of the cycle. On the question of a "no vote" reason - if one were short the stock they would vote no (but they can't vote since they have sold the borrowed shares and are looking to buy back in lower). On the Tough Question - If the accumulation considered in KRY keeps the portfolio balanced (no more than a fifth overall in Spec plays), as well as diversified, then buying might seem appropriate (there are lots of Specs out there that may pay off sooner). Additional diversification of the Spec plays would also be suggested. Probably way overly cautious for some here. Anyway,... Daily technicals are Bearish. Looks like some pre-lunchtime buying (almost 40k) with about 83k in total volume at this time. 60min technicals look promising so may be seeing sp maintain 0.4100, or possibly a 0.4200 paint by Mr400.

S&P500 seeing a Bit o' Pain from the "surprising" unemployment numbers. 'Nuff Said.

Gold reaction to unemployment numbers is up, up, up. Touched $1210. Many gold miners are peaked and beyond upper BB. GLD made a higher high and is approaching the upper BB, although OBV showing lack of interest, so could be short lived. Might see some more upside next week if we have a Mutual Fund Monday.
