I'm not trying to be a wise a$$ but for the life of me I can't think of one reason anyone would vote no.

I'm sure we can come up with a lot of theories like what if China is working with VZ to screw us but if the real A&F Agreement is the same as the primary agreement I can't come up with a factual reason. I could say we need more than 1/3 but that is a matter of negotiations and we have no hand. China has the big stack and we are down to our last ante.
