I spoke to RM today, albeit earlier. He repeated those things reported by Newfie and No Bear. He did state that the intend was to still close this puppy (have the permit) by the end of the 3rd quarter. I suggest people reread Newfie's post. Richard is saying that if there were a termination or an expiration it would be reportable. Since it has not been reported by now, I for one am concluding that it has been extended.
