I seem to remember, after the announcement of the JV, that RM stated that RF had been workingon the deal with the Chinese for the last 9/NINE months. If it took nine months to get to this point, so friggin what if it takes a little longer. Take your meds/Jonnie Blue/Laffite Rothchild anc chill out y'all.
