Putting a date of July 31 5 PM Toronto didn't get anyone exited except for 20 to 30 posters on Agoracom the PPS reflects that. Now we are making up reasons why we did not get the desired result by July 31. It would have been a lot less agrevating for me if the paragraph was written "We are entering into discussions with CR on an A&F agreement and we are going to take as long as we wish, without any liability to the parties".

I hope this gets resolved soon.

We are not reading this wrong, but you might as well throw away all of it except "or such later date as mutually agreed, without any liability to the parties"
