thanks Nomar. 10 years+... i guess I am an old timer... sheesh ;)

I assume that if the "strategic partnership" expired on July 31... that would be material and there would be an immediate PR. If it has been extended by mutual agreement... then, is that material? or can that go without a PR? just asking.
