Great explanation of Ore pricing on world basis and Why Chinese Legal contracts take so long are in Crystal Skull's post most recent and the early 2:33am this morn. Read the links as they 1. explain why there may be a delay in JV announcement due to Chinese Lawyers not having the experience in the law World wise & 2. the role the Major Miners play in WorldWide Ore pricing and how China doesn't like it.
