This deal is between Kry and CREC/CRRC and has nothing to do with VZ and the gold sale law. That stuff will be dealt with seperately apart from this JV deal.

I understand that. I would want that information "Gazetted" before I signed the deal if I was China and KRY. The gold sale law in its' present form will not allow profit....so why do the deal without that issue being addressed FIRST? I was under the impression that there were billions of dollars in profits (or losses) at stake. Venezuela has already demonstrated that it cannot be trusted has it not?
