hondo, i dont know that the formula is 5 days (could be 30?)...but it does look to me that CRRC will get more for less if the pps drops during this timeframe...if the deal was signed, and that info was'nt released in a timely manner it's reasonable to see how that action helps CRRC....

as far as an announcement goes. kry has always seemed to release news as they saw fit.. i'm not sure what's legal, but anymore, does it make a difference?

i'm not saying this is what's happening but it makes sense to me...that's the problem with no communication from management. it makes way for all kinds of speculation and deteriorates the shareprice.....

i dont care how you cut it. if you announce a deadline then you should give an update when that deadline expires....if we go into monday's (sorry canadians) market with no update or pr then imo there is no excuse for keeping shareholders in the dark.
