That is totally bogus.

Last time we had Consolidated Financial Statements on March 31, 2010?

That was on US Memorial Day, a holiday.

I remeber I just had to sit there and watch Toronto open @ .69 trade up to .81 and then close @ .67

Seems like anything is possible, but during the August Civic Holiday?
