The miners listened carefully to the intervention of President Cleber.
The President of the Bolivar State Legislative Council (Cleber), Deputy Juan Vicente Rojas, in compliance with the guidelines of the Government of President of the Republic, Hugo Chávez Frías, said yesterday an important meeting with the miners in Sifontes, where tried everything concerning the implementation of the Plan Caura. This meeting took place in the mining sector Brisas del Cuyuni, jurisdiction of the parish of San Isidro in the municipality Sifontes, with the presence of hundreds of miners working in different areas of the aforementioned location. During his speech, the Socialist parliamentary Vicente Rojas, explained the importance that represents the Caura Plan for the development of small-scale mining in Bolivar State.
Also reported that have attempted to generate an array of totally negative opinion regarding the implementation of the Plan Caura. "This measure was taken by the National Executive, in defense of the Caroni River Basin, Caura and Paragua, who were being destroyed by illegal mining," he said.

With respect to the arrival of the municipality Sifontes Caura Plan, Deputy Rojas noted that miners must carry out a census and organized on the occasion of appointing their representatives will have the opportunity to talk with the authorities of Mibam and the coordinator of the Plan, Mayor General Henry Rangel Silva.
For their part, small-scale miners asked him the necessary support Cleber president, Juan Vicente Rojas, for not living the same experiences of Paragua, Caroni Basin and the Caura.
