I would hate to sell anything.... the wind was at our sale... all was fine... agreement has been generally accepted by all... just the dotting of the tease..... or whatever....

The deal is pretty much done... if you are in right now.... any day could be the explosive day... and it could come at us at lightening speed....

it could be halted....

I am not selling.... I guess I am in for the long hall and don't believe anybody can play this at this point in time.... the press release could come out at any time.

Today is the day: are we still inline with proposed Time Line: are we all done and just waiting for the assorted law and accounting firms to finish.
