No. This JV is not forming a new company. That would be another contract on another project/property if both companies decided to do so, which LB could be a possibility but I don't think anything will happen with LB until arbitration is decided. All we have now is the JV for LC in which CREC gets 2/3 and KRY have 1/3 etc, etc. End of story until or unless we see something else in writing.
