What NZRANGER is saying is that KRY is not doing any deal with China Railway Construction Corp. They are doing their JV with CHINA RAILWAY RESOURCES GROUP CO LTD. which owns 100% of CRRC Investment Limited.

La-Ka Shing may be involved in both Chinese companies but in you example you have the wrong company doing a JV with Kry.
