JJ, good points. There will be no real interest other than from some funds that are close to the 'inside', and really know Fung, or those who have been following this saga as close as we have. Your right, there has been nothing but false starts and hypes for a decade or so. I too have been burnt over that time.

However, if we just go back to when the price was $4-$7, would it have been a good time to have gotten a permit? With the price of gold so low? And then the several huge market drops over the years? Would KRY have been able to build the mine in that scenario? I for one, was in at 4.50, and 6.80. Since then, I have been able to average down to 2, 4, and a new account at .80. I could never have done that back when, and if the permit had come, and I had the money to buy more, I may very well have bought high again. Then I would have been in a sorry state, when the down turns happened.

We don't know what it would have taken to put together the money to build the mine several years ago. And, just because we had a mine built back then, doesn't mean we wouldn't be in deep doo-doo during the last couple years. Chavez would still have been a factor, and we would have been a bigger target...We would likely be where RML is today, not able to make money 'cause of the gold sale law.

Hard as it damn well has been, there may be a silver lining in all this. Our 1/3 will be worth much more than our 100 % 4 years ago, as we would have been holding the bag for everything ourselves, during the down turns, and at low gold prices.

I, for one, have been grateful to have been able to average down so much....painful as the process has been. And......there are many ways I could have lost money put into other stocks over the years.

As Enuck says, it's all a paper game, and you haven't lost anything, unless you sell. I did't, and now I have shares in a company in VZ, that were all but worthless until an extremely well heeled, extremely successful, and well connected Chinese company came along.

Now I have shares in a company that is going to be getting 1/3 of the profits from a gigantic gold mine, (with gold being twice what it was), for doing nothing, nada, zip. KRY will soon have the luxury of getting a big fat pay check, with nowhere to put it except into finding new deposits, which will be all theirs.

When I put the anger, frustration, and painful years aside, and behind me......I see a very positive future for us, when many many others will not be so fortunate.
