Arbitration was, and is, still a crapshoot. There is no situation that is guaranteed when you put your fate into the hands of any court or group of arbitrators. None. I am certain that Fung had to weigh this as well, all while we were running out of money. Does anybody think a $35 million financing happens without this purported deal with the Chinese? I think not. Nobody is ponying up that kind of dough for us without the hope of the Chinese deal. With that said, I think I just convinced myself that there was no other choice but to make the deal we did.
