I have a thought on this new JV company.

I don't think it will be publically traded. I see it as a private company owned by CREC/CRRC and KRY. It will have a name that doesn't will either be Chinese, VZ or a combination of them like VenRus.

There are a couple of advantages to doing it this way. I would imagine the company could be registered in a favorable tax country. VZ would look more favorable to a company that isn't publically traded.

Kry would own a 1/3 of the company and money would flow to Kry from this new company. Our share price will reflect the value of our 1/3 share.

I have no information on this. It is only my opinion.
