I believe RF brought Shing to Venezuela 15 years ago and Shings boating company built ports in Venezuela...

over the years I always heard and was told how KRY was helping Ven with the infrastructure of the government and mining.... that we were the favourite sons and that we would get the best mines... hence; tip of the icebergs from 10 years ago....
