From what I've read regarding the small/artisan/co-operative miners. I can't recall seeing so much 'co-operation', and speedy action, regarding the small and illegal miners. Ever since the 'Caura Plan' and cleaning up the mess of illegal mining, there seems to be a really push too finally get on 'the plan'. This has been in the news constantly, in one form or other, with many announcements. Then the CRRC/KRY JV, with more serious announcements re getting the small mining industry established. It almost seems like a push to get it done.

This relates to what I speculated on many months ago....that VZ would want to see it's own 1000's of artisan/co-operative miners working, before it gave out a permit to a 'multi-national corporation'. It just wouldn't fly to give out a permit to a huge foreign outfit, before the VZ miners were allowed to mine.

This, of course, all ties in with the upcoming elections, as many have said. ALL will be done before any votes are cast, IMO......the 'Perfect Storm' is approaching.
