pen, i agree with most of you're saying, except the vote part.

in the past, hugo has "promised, promised, promised" before the elections and folks have voted for him based on these promises... then after the elections all the great "promises" are totally forgotten...i'll be suprised if any permit/mine comes before the elections....but on the other hand, this time he might need a lot more than promises...

also, dont forget that the "artisan miners" are/were going to be a good portion of our labor force at LC.....some will stay artisan miners (the real ones), the rest were planning to sell booze, drugs or prostitutes.... total employment
