Bought Deal / Warrants West Face

Anyone have any info on these warrants from West Face? Are they from the Bought Deal?

I ask RM earlier today in email and he didn't answer. Makes me wonder where these warrants came from? I am assuming the bought deal but not sure why RM wouldn't just answer that. Would he not know?
