GW, not to be harsh but, why not build it up a little more so that the disappointment is palpable if it takes an extra day or week?

It's coming very soon, try to be patient, the long wait will pay off very nicely. Not saying it won't happen on time, but the agreement contemplates that possibility.

Section 5:

This Agreement shall be terminated on the earlier of (i) the date of execution and delivery of the A&F Agreement; and (ii) 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on July 31, 2010 or such later date as mutually agreed.
