Concerning the signing of the actual JV Agreement. Was there not the argument made that CRRC would make darn sure that the permit was in the bag, if they signed off on the JV by this coming July 30? For me, I take the completion of the upcoming event to mean the permit IS in the bag, or in the 95% area of possibility.

As well, this talk today of Kahn addressing the PPG, has me feeling that this topic is front and centre re getting gold mining seriously started in VZ. If Rusoro can't make a go of it, no miner could. With all the hoopla the last few months by the workers, and the negotiations going on by KRY and CRRC concerning the topic, I think something will come out very soon. Without a change, gold mining is stalled in VZ.....period.

THAT would put a smile on my face :)
