ok lol This one I am N O T going to call RM to get the answer!! You guys are smart enough to figure this one out. KRY needs some cash there is a certain amount of stock issued. CRRC has the right to own what 19.9% of the company? have it all writen down some where can't find my notes. So 35 million is what 70,000 shares what % is that of the new amount of out standing KRY stock?
