Why are we not at .60? Imo- Enough people have read ".40 to 19.9% for 5 years" and stopped reading.

There was some buying I saw today which increased the SP but only a few hundred shares sold afterwards covered it all up.

IMO we are stuck closer to .40 than .60 (maybe for a month) until a announcement comes that forces some actual reading to occur.

I am hoping that someone at KRY or CRRC believes a really big definitive announcement should preceed the shareholder vote.
