Doesn't this almost have to be Chinese money from those in the know? I just can't believe that even a magician like Fung has been at times could get enough people to pony up at .50 Canadian to the tune of $35 million with us on the verge of being broke and hope fading. It just doesn't compute. It will never be proven but those investors had to be reassured. And at least one poster wrote here that they couldn't get in right after it was announced. Had to be all prearranged somehow and this is the one thing that keeps me most optimistic.
