I could write something that views me as a great thinker, but unfortunately I am not able to convey what really needs to be said.

Ok, yes, I was honoured the status of hub leader many many moons ago when it was just Kent and Nobear and for nothing more then just providing due diligence. I did not ask for it and quite frankly have not acted like a hub leader as I always let the enforcement fall on the shoulders of same. I have never felt the need to, as Kent and Nobear, who I admire greatly, would deal with any poster who had other motives at hand. Were they right or wrong I never questioned as I felt it was not my place. In other words, I believed in their abiltiy to manage this board and still do today. Does not mean I agree in some cases, but for the most part they are correct and I support their decision.

We are dealing with a stock play that involves emotion. Emotion does call into play a whole new set of rules that quite frankly are difficult to manage. Decisions are made that sometimes are not popular and at times do get the dander of others which unfortunately is part of the game. It is ok not to agree some times, but we need to get past the emotional distructive behaviors that prevent us from moving forward as a whole. Sorry, sometimes it just needs to happen this way. It does not mean it is right or wrong, but we need to move forward so lets do so.

I realize some will not be happy with this post and to them I appolize. For it does not matter what I think, but very much does what you think. This board depends on your ability to move past emotional issues. Hopefully we can get past this latest issue and the up coming issue yet to come so we can advance our story forward. We are moving in the right direction so lets try to see the positive side of the story.
