Gold sale law is my guess. RML has stated that they can not make a profit mining in VZ under the current law. So who cares if you have the rights to 20M or 30M ounces of gold if you are going to only be able to mine at a loss. Once KRY/CRRC resolve this issue and obtain an export license that allows them to sell the gold at the market rate then that will lift our cap.

I also think there is the stigma of VZ wanting a stake in all mining ventures lingering out there too. So I'd like to see that cleared up for the public.
