Midas, do you know if we can go the distance in arbitration with the bought deal financing proceeds plus equipment sale money? My gut tells me no and maybe that is part of the uncertainty surrounding us right now. Heck, just with the bonds due in 2011, that would wipe out our funds and we would not be able to continue arbitration. But this scenario only happens if the JV doesn't go through. I just can not see the JV going south at this point. But it may explain why people aren't comfortable taking the gamble based on the arbitration play.
